autoloc.com lock kit broken?

i purchased the 2-door central locking power lock kit from autoloc.com about two months ago. got it in the mail then installed it right away no problem. everything worked perfectly. now, just this morning for no reason. one of the actuators doesnt work properly. when i lock or unlock the actuator on the drivers side, the passenger side doesnt lock/unlock. i tried manually locking/unlocking the passenger side actuator and it worked fine, it also closed the driverside no problem. i looked at all the connections, everything was fine. my next step was to switch the actuators to see if the problem moved with them, just like when checking spark plugs and wires. once i switched them, the same problem was occuring. drivers side wouldnt lock/unlock passenger side. but passengers side would lock/unlock drivers side. so, the problem didnt move with the actuators. could the brain be broken? is there something i missed? has anyone else had this problem? how about any problems from autoloc.com products? if anyone can help shed some light thank you

If you switched them and the problem switched with it I would say its the actuator. My autoloc kit has worked great for over a year now. But with moving electronical parts sometime they can be faulty. I have installed factory replacements and they have been faulty. I am an installer and Autoloc is the most reliable friend. Call them and have them waranty it.
