Some Q's On Ford Torsion Bar Keys...Already Did Search

I was thinking of putting a 3in body lift on my truck for a while, but it looks like it might be more trouble than it's worth. I'm not considering the Ford torsion bar keys.

I have my Chevy keys maxed out right now pretty much. Driver side only about 2 turns from max, pass. side is only about half way which seems to be a common thing. If I go to Ford keys will they give me almost another 3 inches of lift? Also if those are cranked to almost the max won't my ride be even more harsh than it is now? I don't see how the truck can be lifted higher without the bar really being twisted.

I guess I just want opinions on whether I should do a body lift or the keys. I already have a 4in suspension lift. I would have done a 6in, but I bought it this way.
