Toyota Engine Performance Manuals

I have a 99 PreRunner ex cab with the 4 cyl / auto. I'm starting research into an engine/tranny swap. I want to drop in the 5VZ-FE 6cyl and a manual tranny. Eventually I'll add on the supercharger, oversized injectors, 7th inj kit, hipo ECM chip, headers, intake, HD clutch, etc. It's a PreRunner so it has the slightly lifted, offroad appearance, which I like, but it's purely street application.

The first thing I'm looking for is a good engine rebuild book for Toyota engines. I'm hoping to find a used engine and do most of the work myself (as much as I can,) but I'll need a good book(s) or manual(s) to help me. Can anyone recommend books/manuals/performance guides that might have specific information for my application? General Toyota performance books mostly focus on the engines that came in their street cars, I'm having trouble finding an engine rebuild book that talks about the 5VZ-FE or truck engine/trannies in general.
