Rear Window Power Lock

Rear window power lock is not functioning cannot open rear hatch at all. How do you get the Panel off from the inside with the door closed?

do you hear the click of the lock trying to open?

Got it fixed was the plastic extension that extends off the actuator. Had to buy the whole new actuator as they do not have just the plastic extender. Thanks for responding.
