Heat Problems

My 1999 Astro van has no front heat. The rear heater works fine, but we get no heat at all in the front. It doesn't ever blow cold air, you turn the switch on and nothing at all.

Replaced all the fuses under the hood and under the stearing colum that could effect the heat and still not working.

If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Could mean your front blower motor is shot, or blower motor resistor relay is shot. I would guess the resistor relay is shot condensation is hard on this parts. I just check my Haynes repair manual for my Astro, it does not mention where it is located, the resistor pack is always close to the blower motor and is mounted some where in the air flow of motor.
Check on your passenager side of the van, inside or in the engine compartment. If you go to a dealer, and ask for the resistor/relay, just ask the parts counter where it is located, they can usually bring up a exploded view of the vehicle and show you.
Good luck
