civic to integra antenna conversion

looking at that, i had an idea to do an antenna conversion, ill be the only civic in town with a power antenna, wouldnt that be awesome? i would just need to shave off the old antenna have a couple wires go to the trunk, then id be set, if anyone has a link i can see about that, thatd be great. walkthrus and diys needed |

Dude I looked alot I couldnt find an DIY on antennas. But its a great idea, you could also use one out of mid 90's accords as well. I assume its easy just mounting the motor the rest should connect right up. If any info comes up I am curiouse as well.

i'm pretty sure the only thing you would have to do is run the antenna powere wire from the head unit to the positive on the antenna motor and the groung from the motor to the body. done w/ the wiring. as for mounting, that's all up to u'r preference.
