Best Chip/Programmer for my $$$$
Just bought a 2004 Ram 1500 with the HEMI. Wondering what kind of chip/programmer I should put in it to give me some more HP? Because we all know the HEMI still doesn't put out the hp we all want; Then again, does anything ever put out the hp we all want???
