Re: whats the diffrence

its kinda like compairing a 350 to an ecotec 4 cylender, the 350 and the LS1 have the same number of interchangeable parts as a chair and the space shuttle. two completely different engines from the oil pan to the air filter. there is nothing the same. you can put an LS1 in place of the 350, but no, you cannot convert a 350 INTO a LS1 like you would convert an LT1 into say an LT4 or something.

Re: whats the diffrence

yeah, you can build either a sbc or a LS1 or an LT1, or hell, even a four banger to whatever power level you want, depending on what kind of money you have to spend.

Re: whats the diffrence

eh.... it can be done, but i would DEFINATELY leave that to a professional body shop with experience in body modifications such as that. and youd probly have to have the top off of a T-top equipped camaro to graft onto your body. its a very complex, and precision job, that i would not do on your own unless you really know what you are doing.
