91' Monaco help

I have a 91' Monaco and I need to find a wiring diagram. Can anyone help me find one?

I'm listing some additional problems with this car here at the top, in hope that someone can advise me on how to go about fixing them.

-When in the D position, the automatic transmission shifts fine through the first 3 gears, then slips out of gear when it should be shifting into 4th.
-The Owner's manual is missing, and I don't know the proper pressure for the tires. My guess is 35/32 (F/R)... can anyone confirm if this is what the manual says, or if it sounds reasonable?
-The fusebox cover under the dashboard is also missing, so I have to use trial-and-error in replacing the fuses if one should blow.

Now, as for your electrical problem - I found some wiring diagrams in the Chilton's auto repair guide at my local public library. If you could be more specific about your wiring problem, I think I could be of more help.

I have a short in one of my circuit which causes my fuse to blow. The fuse that keeps on blowing has to do with the electric seatbelts and the console so I can't control my air, it controls itself.

For the fuses check the owner's manual if you have one. If not I have mine and I can try to tell you what they are connected to.

No, I don't have the owner's manual, so if you post the fusebox layout, either from the fusebox cover or the owner's manual, that would be great.

In fact, it would help me with your problem as well. I infer from your post that the seatbelts and the console (or at least the climate control computer) share a single fuse, but without the fuse info, I'm not sure.

I will try to find a wiring diagram that includes the climate control and/or seatbelt system; I'll let you know if I succeed. Have you already checked Chilton's?

You may be able to find the short without a circuit diagram. It is a matter of finding the wires and disconnecting them. I would start with finding and disconnecting the seatbelt motors. And then possibly using a multimeter to find the short circuit.

I was looking up info on my own car's problems on the web (bypassed leaky heater core) and found that this model has been recalled for these and 5 other saftey issues (http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/). Unfortunately, its unlikely that the manufacturer will make good on recalls for such an old car, so please let me know if you succeed in getting it fixed or not. FYI, here's the recall notice I think is related to your problem:
