Question E-Brake Relese Location??

I cant find this sucker anywhere

I know where its supost to be but, its not there!

89 S10 Blazer 4.3/ Auto-4x4 (Tahoe Package)

I'll ask the obvious question - Have you followed the cable from the release to where it should be connected? There should be a little U shaped tang that the cable fits into.

I think its the 2 push type .
1 push sets the ebrake and a sec harder push releases it.

ooops I did it again 1989 switched the last 2 numbers. I thought it said 98
ok its not the 2 push type
There is a release there someware. Look at the ebrake bracket there should be a lever there for the release it might be broked and missing.
The handle would be mounted by your left knee under the dash
