Isn't that the point of modding your car?

Everything good comes at premium.

Exactly, that's where the difference comes at with most of the fixed up hondas out there. Most people just want the cheapest thing to say they have it and end up w/a POS they think is cool because it has everything.

I think that tanabe exhausts are really loud. The apexi n-1 exhaust is also known for its loudness. So if you want to be able to hear your radio on the highway, dont go with the n-1 or tanabe.

You're welcome to come over and check out my Tanabe. I guarantee you it's not as loud as that crappy $100 taiwanese crap people put on. It never sounds like a damn dirt bike and always sounds nice and DEEP whatever RPM range you're in. But yes, when you floor the throttle it will come alive. But nothing that you can't simply talk over in the car.

I'm running a Greddy Evolution kit and it sounds wonderful. Some people can't even tell that I have one at all, until they get smoked. My favortie thing is when a fake ass car tried to run it with me and none of those ground effects or the dual exhaust helps out at all. I just wave as I say "Good-bye!". I love Japanes cars. If you want to check out how the Evolution sounds, check it out on my movies page.
