vacuum lines

I just installed another 2.5L into my 1986 s-10. I don't know what lines plug onto the the throttle body? There is a spot for the EGR valve, MAF sensor, line to charcoal canister and something else, but I have no idea where any of these go? Can someone please help me?

Re: vacuum lines

Assuming this is a used motor check the fan shroud of the doner vehicle for an emmission sticker that should show you the vaccum line routing diagram. Also check the eighth digit of the vin # this should tell you what motor you have. A Chilton or Hayes manual will have several diagrams. Or find another vehicle just like it to compare it to. I hope this helps, the professionals here can give you better advice than I can.

Buy a Haynes or Chilton repair manual for that year to help with the hoses and to complete the job.

I don't know why peopl don't buy them, it has saved me 1000s.
