1966 F100 what engine should I upgrade too?

I am getting ready to start restoring my '66 F100 and would like to get rid of the 352 engine. I have a 460 from a 76 t-bird w/c6 trans. I am in need of any advice as to swapping these engines or should I use a 390? Thanks to all!!
