Grill Inserts

anyone know of any nice grill inserts that won't get damaged from the snow and cold and ice?

Re: Grill Inserts

Wouldn't any billet grille work? I'd just make sure they were stainless and not just chromed. I also like the powdercoated look between the slats. I've been wondering though.. what would be better? Inserts or cut-out style grilles? I know there is more work involved in cut-out style but would the work be worth the look and maybe quality?

Most billet kits give you two options, insert over or replace. If you are unsure of how your will like it insert nad and see how it looks, if you don't like the old grill showing through then remove it and install. My kit looked fine after inserted so I avoided the cutting and riveting and used the extra strenght of the factory grill for reinforcement.
