two races one win one loss

so i raced the 04 tl, and a 01 gs300 with intake..

tl vs. probe
we did it form a dig, i launched @5psi, he didnt launch (auto tl) i took him by 1/2 car( he was by my door) off the line, b/c i had a better reaction time.. he played catch up untill 50ish, for 50-65we were neck and neck, then form 70-85ish he pulled a car away from me.. not bad that i hung with a tl..

gs300 vs. GT

i had his ass from the beging, we also did a dig, took him 1/2 car off the line, he was on by my bumper by 50, then around 80 he was by my front fender, i let off at 85 b/c traffic comming up, he flies by,and stop.. dam his good breaks. so park up, he gets out and thinks he has won.. i tell him at the point that he passes me i let off the gass.. he felt stupid and his friends were laught at him..

overall a good night. but i think i formed another exhaust leak, the car feels sluglish and sounds loud. i just hope its acting up...

Probe Powa!

nice race but i'm surprised you kept up with a 2001 GS300, unless its the NA model which is heavy and pretty slow. I dunno about you guys in the U.S. but over here in the emirates many GS300's are twin turbo as far as i know. A friend of mine has a 450hp GS300 here and that thing hauls serious ass.

Re: two races one win one loss

haha we wish we had a twin turbo gs300, it was just a n/a 2jzge motor.. nothing special,

as for the tl it has good top end, and pretty good 0-60, it was pretty even from 30-60, but from 0-30 i had 1/2 a car.. over all the tl is a quick family car..

i need to race a maxima now..

Good races. If you're talking about the '05 Maxima, you'll be it.

How much Hp your car running at? Becuase if we're thinking the sme car, my friends GS300 used to beat me in the launch, but by second gear I was already pulling up on him, and by third I was about a length or two up. Wait, nevermind, he had an ES300...my bad.

Good stuff. Me and my friend used to race each other all the time. We had riced out his ES300 as a joke, lol.
