Switching from a 3.0 to 3.3 Engine?

Does anyone know if it is possible to switch a Dodge Caravan 3.0 engine to a 3.3 engine successfully?

We need a new engine in our Dodge. We have access to a 3.3 engine in a Chrylser.

Would this work? Any info on the web would be helpful.
