Talking Wider Stance Recomendations

Hello, I have a 2001 2wd 2 door, and currently i have 30 x 9.5 tires on the stock rims. I have been wanting a wider stance similar to that on the ZR2, but i know that this is a taller vehicle with bigger tires. I only want to use 15 or 16 inch rims because anything bigger would just not be functional where i live, any suggestions on backspacing and tire size that i could use, Thanks.

Re: Wider Stance Recomendations

Why are you doing all of this to a 2wd truck?

Buy a 4wd truck first and then put the 4x4 look and stuff on it.

Re: Wider Stance Recomendations

first of all i do not need a 4wd, and i am not about to pay 27 grand to get blazer zr2, if the big heads at gm were not such big a**h*les more people could actually afford their cars, and example of this is the camaro and the firebirds, that they killed because nobody was buying them because they were over priced, 36000 grand for a WS6, that is insane. Anyways I just want a wider stance any suggestions.

If youre trying to make it more of a car, just as a suggestion. Ever think of lowering it a tad?

Re: Wider Stance Recomendations

No, you can go lower than that and keep it functional.

Some people have 3/4 and love it.
