When was your last fist fight?

OK. Lemme see...it was my freshman year in college and I was living in the dorms. There was this one guy on the floor that I just did not get along with. The thing is, I got along really well with his roomate, so I had to stand him. One day I was in his room (the jerk) and we were playing NBA Live on a Sega Genesis. I was whooping his ass. He got upset and restarted the damn thing midway through the game. So of course I started talking trash and calling him all kinds of names. Suddenly the guy gets up and pushes me and so we just start to fight. I land a couple of punches and he lands a couple, but no blood or anything. Next thing ya know we are tangled up and head to the floor. After about 10 minutes of tussling around and not landing any good punches - because we were too close to each other - I got tired. So I asked him "why are we fighting, again?" By that time we had totally forgot. So we did the whole countdown thing and seperated to get our breath back. After about 5 minutes of resting we went back to playing Sega like nothing happened. It was like No harm No foul. After the fight we got along fine.

Just totally ridiculous, but true.

ive had instances where i could have been in a fight, but never actually stood up to do anything about it. i box though, how stupid is that? i dont consider boxing fighting per sey, thats more sport than rumble. but now, when i look back on those instances, i wish i would have done something. "what do you know about yourself until you've been in a fight??"....we all know where thats from...and honestly, its probably true...

I honestly don't think I've ever been in a fist fight if I have it was REALLY long ago like 1st grade. Oh wait there was a time in around 2nd grade I fought this kid who lived around the block from me he pissed of everyone I think he got in fights with everyone I knew he was a 1st class a-hole. but besides that I usually never get pissed off enough at anyone to fight them.

um, ok...truthfully now...i have never ever been in any type of fight in my life

but I have this strange urge to give someone a massive girlie-slap across the face...no one in particular...but I just want to do it LOL hmm maybe I have some pent up aggression...

Judging from the replies, it looks like we have one of 3 types of people in here:

1) People who fight like women...ala the "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Slapper"
2) People who have never been in a fight
3) People who could have been in a fight

I tell you what, I'm sure most of you all are good people, but I'm glad I don't know any of you personally. What would it look like if I got in a full blown bar fight and one of my AF buddies goes to call the cops, another calls his mother and the other one starts slapping?

For me, 7th grade...several times. I was not exactly popular back then. I didn't do anything stupid, I think God had decided that I was not destined to be a member in the "in" crowd. There was this one girl, Stacy, I did not get along with...she was always looking for trouble. She would go around telling other people from other clasees that I was talking sh!t behind their backs. Funny thing is, I did not know any of these people except for their names and faces. So every few Friday's when the last bell rang several people from the other classes would jump me and kick my ass. They would wait outside my classroom. Sadly, this was such a regular occurrance that teachers eventually stopped attempting to break up the fights..figuring it would be done in 5 minutes, we all go home, repeat cycle 2 weeks later.

Well towards the end of the school year, Stacy decided to really brew up trouble by telling girls in any classes from 6th to 8th grade that I was saying they all were sluts n whores. So you can imagine how much of a pot of hot water was boiling for me. Keep in mind now, no one ever approched me to ask if it was true or if I even said that. I never knew what the "reason to beat Kat's ass this week" was until after the fact But anyways, the usual happened on the very last day of school, except that there were 40 people waiting for me instead of the usual 5 or 6...not counting the other 100 spectators. (One kid from 6th grade made up tickets and sold them for $0.25 a piece LOL) And you can guess what happened. Yep, got my ass beat but twice as hard. During the brawl, I happened to look up and see her at the edge of the crowd smiling. I wanted her to die. After a bit, the maintainence man came and shooed us all away.

Everyone pretty much went home, and thank goodness I wouldn't have to face that again for 3 months. But now I wanted vengence. So I went over to Stacy's house. Her mom answered the door and when she asked who I was I said "Stacy's friend, Karla." Well she came running out like a bat outta hell yelling "Karla, oh my God! Did ya see what happened? It was so.........." As she came running out the door yelling I cocked back my arm and punched her straight in the mouth as hard as I could. She fell to the ground and there was blood...alot of it. I broke 2 of her teeth and scraped my knuckled badly. Her mom was shcoked and asked, "Stacy what the hell did you get yourself into now??" Needless to say, my 8th grade year went by very peacefully. Once we moved on to high school I never did see her again

I've only been in two fights, and they were both a long time ago when I was young and stupid (not to use any cliches or anything ) I won one and lost one, now I pretty much get along with every one and if I don't get along with someone, its not the the point that we would fight about it.

Amusing,sham....but misguided.I said I had never been put in a situation where I needed to fist-fight.If I was in a bar with you nobody in their right mind would pick a fight with either of us in the first place!
