installing mud flaps

I have a 2004 325xi and I just bought mud flaps to go on it. Seeing how I am a do-it-yourself kind of guy I dont want to pay the dealer to put them on.

I was just wondering if anyone reading this knows how to install them because I am very tentative to rip out rivets and drill a whole in my car.
