front upper blinker how in the heck to I change it... (1996)

how in the heck do I get to the upper blinker on the passanger side... do I have to remove the 5 bolt that seem to hold on the light assl. please help...

Take the headlight out(two bolts).Twist your parking light bulb out and replace.If that is what your doing?
