First & Second Amendments Live On

What else after the Second Amendment, and now the First Amendment should we defend? If this is an open forum, great. If you can have threads that only allow select members to respond, announce it. If you want members to only respond in line with your arguments, then it really isn't open.

This is covered in the First Amendment...

Second point.Where do you get off on believing that you've proved anything? All you've done is quoted a discretited bunch of rednecks, and made a complete fool of yourself with your childish remarks.

3.Final point. I have told you that I no longer wish to continue this argument. You are simply not capable of it,and I don't have the patience to deal with your ridiculous burbling.I'll make it as clear as I can.If you pester me again,I will suspend your membership for 14 days.If that doesn't work, and you still persist with your shit stirring, I'll remove you permanently. You would be no great loss to our automotive community.
I disagree with whom you refer to as a fool. I also disagree that my remarks were childish -- they were, actually, quite pointed to be childish, wouldn't you agree?

Pretty please, practice what you preach. "Left vs. Right" If your own guidelines do not apply to you, well, I'm still here, pal...

Franko, I agree with what you're saying about the 1st, and even the discussions about the 2nd Amendment.

Thing is, 'naki is completely right. No government's amendements apply here, besides the agreement of the site-owner, the domain-registrar, the web-hosting company, and the admins and mods in charge of the site, to set a standard. Also, this board has never been a democracy.

Remember, we didn't force you to sign-up.

If we make the second amendment as open as you want it I want the FCC to be completely dismantled. If you want your rights, I want mine.
Release Howard stern and others completely Cockblocked by the FCC.

Word of advice to franko.Private messages are called private messages for a reason.I've made it very clear to you that I do not wish to pursue this discussion. It would appear that the only way to persuade you that there are consequenses to your actions would be to ban you.Two weeks should suffice. If you are still in the mood to provoke me when you return,I'll cheerfully make it permanent.
