High School Kids and cars!

High School kids think they know all about cars, but the truth is that they are f*ckin stupid. I'm in high school but I think I know a descent amount of knowledge about cars compared to my fellow class mates. I have a picture of my car on my folder, this one kid saw a picture of the engine bay and saw the intake, He's like "wooooaaaaaaooooh! is that a A/C cooler." I responded with a huuuuh!, then he just said nevermind as if I didnt know squat about cars. He also said he had a car like the one on my folder, the car on my folder was a jdm integra. I even asked him if his headlights were the same and he said that it was the exact same car but black. Some other kid also saw the intake and said "Daaamn, your sh*t must be fast." Man these kids are stupid.

Well, I am glad you see the light, unlike most of these stupid ignorant kids. Man, that's sad though, when they think they know something but are that dumb...if you don't know sqaut, admit it, it's okay!!! LOL...but NOOO...they all got to pretend these days...I've heard "oohh, look at that Intercooler pipe there, turbo eh?" Okay, show me a turbo in there!!!! It's a CAI genius....geez..I telll you...You get a, "wow, you swapped in a b-series, fast huh I bet you burn the 1/4 mile"...it's like...okay, this guy has a b16a with a CAI, custom 2 1/4 cat-back exhuast and a high flow cat, it won't tear up the track...People these days...this is a classic example of why us honda guys get a bad name...thee bozos see this on a car, and that, and think "that shizznit is fast yo, I gotta get me one." Then they go out, buy an APC intake, Ractive muffler, maxspeed springs and a huge ass APC wing and think they have a burner of a car...rev on everyone at every light..then we all get a bad rep because of these ignorant fools...burner of a car...umm...no....unless they mean burner, as in...watching it burn....hahahaha

lol...all the highschool kids in my neighborhood are the exact opposite. They all think they are better than everyone else. I get a lot of shit for showing up to meets in a stock sentra from the highschool kids. End up racing most of them and they are all like that shit is not stock, blahblahblah. I just tell them to go back to sucking on their mom's tits.

LOL....maybe when they don't have mommy and daddys pocket book anymore and have to pay 20K in college loans, books, and tution out of their own pocket, they'll understand you can't always "dump u'r money into making it tight yo."

Ahhh, kids these days, they don't realize civics were made to be gorcery getters for the most part. There are PLENTY of cars that can beat a stock LX, lol...heck, even a modded one. But NOOOO, these High shcool kids no best, right? They put CAI, Header, and Cat-back exhuast onto thier EX...combine that with the stickers and that killer wing, and they can beat ANYTHING, just you watch. Darn right, that's why they rev on everything from a 300ZX TT to a Corba to a Windstar, showing their authority over every other car on the street!!!!

Kids these days.... *sigh*...quiet sad really. Gave a prefectable good, fun, reliable car and the people who love them a bad name...*sigh*

lol...funny you mention LX's. I raced one kid with a 7th gen LX on the freeway once. Had 3 other people in my car and I still smoked him.

The thing about my car is that it looks like plain Sentra GXE. Doesn't have the SE-R wheels, front bumper, spoiler, badges or anything. Just the powerplant so all these kids think i drive an equivalent to their stock civics.

Gs civic did you buy a base SE-R..My brother bought the burnt orange one back in 03 full package those are pretty damn nice, I used it on a road trip i was getting all over that bitch he was like i dont care give it hell its got warrenty lol...


Anyways yea those highschool kids kill me they need to quit watching fast and furious 1-2 and riceing shit...The hatch in my sig i sold it all sleeper look bone stock on outside and the boy i sold it to added the gay window decals and can painted it black cause the red and added the huge side skirts to it and flamed it out so now its on the way of being turboed and put back to sleeper mode..I hate how they fuck shit up...

it's actually a 2.5LE. So it's a GXE with the QR25. I just don't have all of the glitz and options that come with the SE-R. It's my little sleeper. But yah, I love the car to death, would be great to have the 6 speed, but whatever you know. And I fully feel your bro on the whole warranty issue lol. I got a bad ass salesman, said if anything major happens to the car that I should come talk to him first and he'll get everything squared away under warranty even if it was cause of negligent driving. He just happens to autocross and street race his Spec V as well.

You lucked out there bro!!! A cool salesman, you don't see that much. I talked to a guy in parts up @ Acura of Lynnwood, not only do they sell/install parts, like suspension, DC headers, Jackson Racing Superchargers, but they warrenty the parts too...they warrenty the SC for example for like 3 years 36K miles...plus, none of this voids the factory warrenty I was told...now thats one cool delaership...very understanding

I don't think I've talked to Mike in parts before. I talked to Robert in parts and Sabria as well. Sabria said her dad was basically the guy in charge of the whole back half of the dealership, parts, repair, etc. Next time I am near by maybe I'll have to swing in and talk to Mike in Parts also. They seem pretty cool over there...there's no dealership like that down here...they are all stick-in-the mud down here in pdx...hahaha
