aftermarket cams for SOHC KA24E? few Q's.

Im doing a performance rebuild on my KA24E. I figure while the engines out and what-not might as well install a performance cam.

Now the car WILL be turbo charged and running decent boost. About 12psi or so. I want to do some things to try to make more power and not just relay on boost alone.

Anyone know were I can buy a performance cam for the SOHC KA24E?

I also understand i have to replace some stuff when putting in a new cam, what stuff?

Is a cam something i can install myself, or would it be better to just give it to a performance shop to deal with?


Any tips on this subject?

get a chiltons for your year 240sx.that has the info you need

I'd check www.jimwolftechnology.com. That's where I find most of the engine internals for hard to find usdm nissan engines like the ka.
