Personally, In that price range, i would go with the Alpine 9830 http://www.crutchfield.com/S-baa8Ci4...0&I=500CDA9830 . It is a little cheaper than the Sony and better quality. Or, if youre willing to spend a little more, go with the 9831 http://www.crutchfield.com/S-baa8Ci4...0&I=500CDA9831 . Alpine is the best as far as head units IMO.

I really hate just about everything Sony makes - HU's don't seem to last long and start to skip badly, subs sound like ass, and their amps never put out what they are rated for (if they even say what they are rated for). I would definately go with the Alpine.

sony sucks when it comes to car audio, and those prices are ridiculaus, go to www.onlinecarstereo.com they are way cheaper, the sony is $239 the alpine 9830 is $269 and they have a lot of pioneer for cheap, id suggest the 8600, i have one and i love it, it is the best deck ever, everyone who sees it wishes they would have gotten it.but yeah go to that site and you will pay hella less.
