95 Ford Taurus

Ok i have this 95 Ford Taurus.
Had tire problems just purchased the new GoodYear Progresive tires or what ever they are called WOW great tires verry verry noticeable diffrence even tho my old tires where not that worn down.

Took out my spark plugs and cleaned them WoW nice Boost that give me car feels 5 years younger.

Ok now here lies 1 of my problems once in a while my car will rev up when idle for 1 for i am guessing 500rpm then go back down to idle for 7 sec then rev up again none stop evey 7 sec when i am in drive.
Problem with that is when i am slowly parking it will speed up the car 3 miles per hour or if i am at a stop light and my break pedal is not all the way down it will push the car foward 1 foot or so.
