toggle switch

I just bought a 97 sierra. Didn't come
with owners manual. There is a toggle
switch under the dash by drivers right knee.
I haven't had a chance to check it out. Can anyone
tell me what this is? I don't know if it is original
or if someone installed it. Thanks

I also have 97 serria. Probably owner installed. I put my foglight switch there. Also you can order a manual from hays. (fyi)

under the dash is aftermarket, most likely to some driving lights.
