91 galant has a miss what is wrong

my car has a miss that is crazy now i have replaced fuel filter, spark plugs and wires dist. cap rotor and coil, pcv valve, injectors are good and has good compresion please somebody tell me what is wrong also my gas mpg is nothing i cant go down the street without using a 1/4 tank of gas and also you it smokes but smells almost like it is nothing but gas please somebody help my car is a 91 galant gs 2.0 automatic
