Adjust my 4runners idle

Just bought a 1985 4Runner, and the truck idles very high. No problems once I'm in gear, but while stationary the ebgine revs very high, any suggestions on what I should do?

Re: Adjust my 4runners idle

Check for vacum leaks and brake booster leaking by *pinching* shut the rubber hose going to brake booster with needle nose pliars(same can be done to other vacum lines as long as careful not to colapse metal lines they conect to if present.
