I am about to have my B17a swapped for a more healthy B16a from a 2nd gen CRX. I will install ITR cams, Skunk2 cam gears, ITR intake manifold, intake pipe with K&N filter. JG throttle body and a DC 4-2-1 header with exhaust. Would anyone know what kind of hp my car will make with this set up and what kind of times to expect. This will all go into a 2nd generation Integra (GS-R).
thanks |

Hard to say for sure what you will gain but it should be up around 25+HP or so. And as for the times...i really have no clue.

Re: B16a opinion

The ITR cams are fine, but for just a little bit more money you can get some Skunk2 stage 2 cams which will provide some more power. Just get AEM cam gears.. I think they are cheaper. For a B16, I'd definitely recommend a DC 4-1 header over a DC 4-2-1 header. See below why.. ![]() Exhaust is completely up to you, but don't expect any huge gains. Horsepower with your choices would be about 195hp. Mine might give you 205-210. No big difference. Times in a 2nd gen teg would prolly have you in the mid to low 14's. I'd guess about 14.4 or 14.5 in the 1/4. |

get the ITR valvetrain too
get the ITR TB over the JG (unless they are the same diameter) get the S2 cams over the AEM ones
