i need the name or the part# of the silver box under the driver seat

the major problem that my driver seat does not move and everytime i turn my lights on a laud beeping noise comes out of the silver box that is located under the driver seat and the seat will move in different position by it self and i think this box got something to do with it ,,,SO any body could help me with this problem ...i had to to unplug the adjustment seat switch to get rid of this noise at night time ..
do you know what this box is for and what its name or part number

The module is for the memory seat option. It also controls your outside mirrors...

It's called a memory seat module.

thank you for your cooperation ....since its the memory seat option i don't think it has anuything to do with my problem ...but everytime i turn the lights on a beeping noise coming out of it and,,,CAN SOMEONE HELP....that is driving me crazy
