1988 Firefly

I have a 1988 which has the electronic feedback carb and the fuel shutoff solonoid is gone, and I'm looking for either a replacement solonoid or a new carb or a carb kit. I've checked local suppilers aren't they're too bloody expensive, in one case almost as much as I paid for the car.

I just bought the car, and aside from the hooped carb, it's in cherry condition only 220,000 kms, Down side is it's an automatic. I only paid $250 cdn for it.

ya i had a 1988 chey sprint and they are almost the same car and you would think some parts wouldent cost that much but they do the catt cost $300 for thoe tin cans cars

What is a FireFly? I have never heard that term before.
