Prelude injectors

I was wondering if you could use 90-91 LS injectors or the older prelude with the b20a injectors with a 89 SI civic ecu. I have both of these and no A6 injectors, So i was wondering if they would work.

Re: Prelude injectors

240cc. the difference lies in base fuel pressure and fuel injector pulsewidth in fuel tables

Re: Prelude injectors

There are also difference, like peak and hold, saturated, etc.

Also, 92 and up preludes are 345cc, peak and holds.

i just need more fuel to be sprayed in during WOT, because of the bored throttle body its getting alot more air coming in. and not enough fuel to supply it, so i think thats why i get that bog/hesitation when i put it right to the floor. i wanna find some kind of injector that will supply the needed fuel for me without me running rich. i dont think that bigger injectors means more power... the way i see it is too much air with small injectors means lean... and more fuel and run ideal or rich depending on how much more fuel u add.... aslo fuel economy goes down the crapper with larger injectors usually

Re: Prelude injectors

Just because you have a large TB, doesnt mean it will benefit you. It's like trying to fit 10 gallons of water, into a 5 gallon bucket. Your manifold, and intake ports are still the same size.
