Angry Need Help, I'm out of Ideas....

Here is the situation...

My dad has a 94 Chevy S-10 (stock), 4 cylinder, manual tranny. He was on the way over to our house and it cut off, and the check engine light came on. We had to have it towed to our house because it would no longer start. It turns over, but will not fire. It is getting fuel and spark to the plugs.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing it to do this??? Thanks for the help

well i am not much of a tech but have you looked to see if your timeing jumped .. it might not happen to the newer modles but i am not sure . if it jumped that would be where i would start to look if you have what you say < spark fuel and the lot>

Do a compression test to see if it jumped time real bad or broke the timing chain. Does it crank over real fast?? Post what you find and we will find the problem
