Re: is it worth it?

I haven't had any problems, I have 81K on my LT1. Kinda depends on how it's been treated. I take care of my baby real good.

Re: is it worth it?

i bought my last 94 with 120K on it for 5500. i paid too much and it was kindof a p.o.s., it seemed good at first and then all kinds of crazy stuff started happening, radio went crazy, interior lights, all kinds of stuff, i think it was just ragged out. but really it all depends on how they drove the car.

Re: is it worth it?

I got my car with 160k and it's been running great since I got it. I've had to do a few minor maintainance things with it but that's about it. Oh, and I drive the shit out of it too...

Re: is it worth it?

i bought a 95 Z28 with 100k on it and i've had quite a few minor problems....just waiting for the big one....i probaly have $1800 into it since i've owned it(tires,brakes,k&n....tune-ups...wires ,plugs, water pump....) they arent cheap cars to repair but if you find a car for a good price its a good fun ride

Re: is it worth it?

i forgot to mention the electical fire i had a few months after i had the car....starter shorted out (which was changed a few months before i bought the car) and yeah electrical fire....insurance covered that one otherwise that 1800 would be a little higher

after a few hours of looking around I found a 97 camaro with around 60,000 miles on it for 7 grand, if I can magically turn that 7k into about 5.5k Ill be set. Got the pops to agree to it.

Sad part.. its a v6 automatic. I can fix the auto but I can live with a 6 banger, at least its a Camaro.
