drop springs

i just bought drop springs and i was wondering if i could put them on my self or if i need to get it proffesionally done?????????????

This is best left to the Pro's (my opinion only)
When we build them up at the plant the assy is clamped in a large hydrolic vise with special teeth to hold the spring. The teeth have broken and the spring goes flying.
That said I have replaced rear springs on an Izusu,smallish corolla like car, with a straight rear axle and had no trouble.
The one thing you need to keep in mind is that ( in Canada) your insurance is jeoprodized when you lower the suspension. check with your provider first.
You wouldn't want to end up paying for 4 years on a wreck.
