Vibration from the front end

Hey, my friends 92 integra ls has a weird vibration on the front end after reaching 40 mph for some reason, he did get hit on the drivers side door and fender but got fender and door replaced and the frame pulled to straighten it out, and has also replaced the axle 3 times and still gets the vibration, you guys have any suggestions so fix this problem?

does he have the same guy put in the axle every time? it has to be the axle... try replacing the other one as well. My friend had the same prob on his 93 integra and also had the axle replaced but they did a shitty job somehow so he had it replaced again and it went away.

2 different ppl changed the axles, i dunno about the first but the second guy is a Nissan Tech and im assuming he knows what he is doing.

mines been shaking for 2+ years. Axle is still fine.

Actually, I thought a contributing factor to my shaking was due to the LCA being bent a little............................Anyways its still running fine.
