Help I got robbed!!JDM Auto

So like it says, I lost a ton of cash from these guys a little over a year ago now. Can anyone help me find them? They where called JDMAUTO.COM they are out of norco California. they had a nice site with a great parts selection. I ordered 2 engines from the and never got either. paid them $4400.00 In a check. " I know" but I checked them out first and had them send me thier Business tax id #'s and everything they where lagit. but I got screwed anyways they said it was in shipment for 6 weeks then they had thier phones shut off and i never found them again. Thier names are Garry, Glenn, and mother Marry ann Patricio they are listed as owners of jdmauto.com. any help would be great. Im In Wisconsin and the DA Is being an ass here about helping me out. I have a warrent here for him but they wont prosicute them to get them here.

sounds like you're out $4400 bucks. Hire a P.I. and track they're asses down. then either:

A)Sue the shit out of'em and prosecute
B)Have "Big Mike" "discuss" their repayment options

You'll never find them on your own. You'll need to hire a P.I.

I thought if you sent a check by mail it would be mail fraud which is a federal offence...
