1997 Escort Radiator Fan Not Working
My fan is not working. I replaced the coolant sensor switch because the temp on the gauge is reading on the higher side. Thought maybe the sensor was shot. Some one said something about possibly a relay could be bad, where would this relay be if that is the problem. The fan unit is only about 11 months old...this car sat from june 2003 until today, but it was not working when it was parked back in June either. Like I said it was about 11 months old when the car was parked. Any way of testing anything to see? I am not very electronically inclined.

On my 98 escort the cooling fan relay is located underneath of the air cleaner and it is just a black box with wires that come out of the front. Mine has now went bad on me twice causing my A/C to stop working
