turbo swap and bov

ok i bought my gsx a couple of moths ago and did the basic mods like exuahst,intake, downpipe etc. i was happy with the car since i didnt want to get to hard core like i got with my stang untill i drove a friends gsx i think he had the 16g turbo. not sure how many pounds of boost but it was quick as hell. so my question is what turbo/bov set up do i use and i have been hearing alot about turbo lagg im not to familar with imports but the eclicpe change my view of them
