Brake problems?

I put new brake pads and rotors on the front end of my 2000 Grand Prix about 8,000 miles ago, recently when I apply the brakes at low speeds there is a grinding feeling and sound. There was no grinding noise or feeling before this. Do I need to bleed the brakes?

Re: Brake problems?

I don't know about bleeding the brakes, but I will tell you to check your proportioner valve. Mine was leaking and it made a terrible grinding sound and felt like I needed brakes but I didn't.
