Re: need inputs!!!!

I wouldent buy it if I were you, He says it's in mint condition but then shows all sorts of dings (right down to the sheet metal and rusted) and the inside is all messed up too. If your looking for an SL then you might want to checck out mine (95 green SL 99k miles, minor damage is all thats wroing with it see my pics hosted of the car in my gallery).
Give me a PM if interested.

Re: need inputs!!!!

Yeah, I agree with Thourun. That's a lotta miles on the car and there's too many defects for me personally. :o/

Re: need inputs!!!!

Well he's been a member since 2000, so that makes me think he's a trustworthy type person...just an assumption. As well, it sounds like he has taken care of maintence and such.
On the other hand...he never answered the 120k or even 60k tuneup...he mentioned the belts were changed..how bout the waterpump, plugs, fuel filter, brakes, all that stuff. I'm assuming they are in good working order...but he never actually stated that it got either tuneup.

Also, that car is just not in the condition I would want it. There is no hole in the back...fine, but it does have a minor bit of rust, outside is pretty good, inside sucks. Radio isn't working right...just too many little things, I don't think it be worth it...plus shipping will suck. Keep looking in my opinion...or try Thourun...he's a member I'd trust.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.

Re: need inputs!!!!

Yea but I'm asking a little more than I think Nysillestpr is looking to shell out, then again if he's realy interested I'm willing to take a trip a few hours south to see a friend at NYU and let him see the car.
