92 civic 4 door, front power window don't work

ok here is the situation, got a 92 four door civic coupe, the front power windows don't work, but the rear power windows work. The drivers side switch that has the four control switches works for the rear windows but not the front.

Anyone got an idea why not?

first check the fuses, then if that doesnt work...check the grounding on the switch, then if that doesnt work, then go through it part by part. other than that i have no suggestions.

ypu do what tomsindahizouse said. And your car's a 4dr sedan not coupe, the coupe is a 2dr; don't mean to rag on you just letting you know.

Re: 92 civic 4 door, front power window don't work

the first time i took off my door panel it was around 11 PM in the rain and my window had come off the track, and i had no flashlight...i thought it would be really hard, but then i realized how simple the electronics in the doors, and the doors themselves really were...rip it apart and get to work.

The actuators could be worn out.
