Re: How do I remove my cd player from my 1998 Blazer?
Over speedometer there might be two phillips head screws in the large bezel that covers the instruments, heat controls, and radio. Take these two screws out and pull on the corners of the bezel, it will pull off and you can see the radio brackets at the sides of it, remove screws and it just pulls out of a couple alignment slots. Wires unplug from rear. Do you have the little red light blinking slowly on the face of the stereo? If so, it has a theft code stored and will not work when the power is unhooked unless you have that code.

Watch out for the Delco Looc.
I always have a install depot do mine seeing they know what they are doing and if something messes up, it is their problem. |
