HELP>> Start problems

When I try to start my Jimmy it starts then dies,..each try does the same thing starts runs for a matter of seconds then dies again
the number of times I need to restart varies form 5-30 times

After it staarts running it's fine untill I turn off the engine for an hour or so then it's back to square one again >trying to restart it HELP PLEASE

When was the last time you gave it a good tune up? Air/Fuel filter, plugs, wires, verify PVC, throttle body clean. While under the hood make sure all vaccum lines are connected and not cracked or damaged. That would be a good starting point.
