Hennessey VR-200

No this isn't a thread to bash John H. I'm not even going to complain about the quality of his work.

I was hoping to find some others who have the Hennessey "VR-200" mods in their cars. I think it's pretty cool that the man created an aftermarket for our cars virtually right when they were made.

I'm also curious what other information there is on these cars... like if they offered more powerful packages a few years later.

I'm not the original owner of my car, nor was the guy I bought it from... so I don't know for sure what, if any, work was actually done by Hennessey...

But I do have this neat little packet of info... I'm no good at making .pdf files... (plus I'm too lazy) so I hope you don't mind, I just scanned the stuff in the order I had it stapled together.

Also, I have a few old magazine articles... sorry I don't know what mags they all came from...

PS - sorry about the pic/file sizes... I wanted to make sure everything could be easily read. If I have the time/inspiration, I'll make them into a big PDF file tonight, which should be easier for everyone else.

Hey Ass Monkey

I am the guy that sold him the car. I can tell you now that none of the work was done by Hennessey. Everything that was done to the car was done by individual mechanics. The original owner did write Hennessey a letter(which I believe I included in my package I sent you) telling him about replicating his car and hennssey wrote back with photos and explanations on how to do certain mods. Hennessey seems like a nice guy. That should answer that question however.
