EE Prom Burning

HELP I just got my 91 Riv back from the buick dealer After spending $$$$ they tell me my EE Prom is bad and the company that repairs them (clears and reburns them) is out of buisness. There suguestion is to go to the junk yard and get one the only problem with that is all the rivs in my aera have in exess of 100,000 miles my car has under 5000 actual miles. "read my first post to see why the miles are so low" anyway there must be a computer geek out there familiar with burning the EE Prom chip and resetting the correct miles. Any help would be GREATLEY appricated. Thanks
