You didn't mention what engine management. If it's something good like hondata, uberdata, AEM EMS, etc, you can make a ton of power on stock honda sleeves, they people you see cracking sleeves are the people that try to run too much boost on pump gas and detonate.

dont look at psi as your number, look at hp.
on a fully built block you can run pump gas up to 400whp on a stock block you should run no more then 300whp stock sleeves have been known to handle over 400whp as long as its tuned right. do you have pistons, cause i noticed you just said performance rings and not any pistons. |

Re: Quick Question PPL
Yes Sir,
I have SRP Pistons...... so approximately with 9.0:1 compression how much PSI ... will give me around 350+whp ??? Sorry for being dumb.... i am new to this stuff... |

yeah i missed the piston part.
i would say around 13 or 14 psi but we cant really tell you exactly but around that. but just keep turning up the boost till you hit your goal, just make sure the motor is tuned for that much hp |

yeah you can use 110-112 but you should find out if its leaded or unleaded gas because leaded gas will clog up your o2 and cat eventually. it would be better if you can find unleaded gas.
also if you tune for pump gas then run high octane gas you will run lean so make sure if you tune with pump gas, dont use race gas, if you tune with race gas dont run pump gas, make sure you have enough money to buy race gas |

aviation fuel? I am no expert on airplane fuel, so don't quote me. I am only trying to offer what I have heard, so if this is different, disregard this post....
My boss @ the uphostery shop was in the navy for 8+ years, and my best friend used to be a jet engine mechanic in the air force (he developed an allergy to the fuel, etc and had to change air force jobs)...they said airplane/jet fuel is darn near keosene...I have no clue if this airplane/jet fuel is different that what you are taking about, but I would figure airplane fuel is airplane fuel..(no clue is fuel for airplanes with jet engines is different than a propellor engine...I do know that the airplane/jet fuel.if it is very different from auto gasoline and I think isn't compatible...Anyways, if it's different you can disregard my post if you like..if it isn't different but is the same, I'd be very contious using it, as I would think bad things would result...anyways thats my 2 cents, hope it helped a bit...as I said, if I am off....carry on.... my suggestion though is if you really want high octane fuel...don't mess with aviation fuel, not worth the risk of bad things...this stuff isn't made for cars and can't be good to run...use some unleaded race gas, it's made for cars...I am not sure how high of an octane you can find unleaded, though I know 100 octane is usaully pretty avilable.

I wouldn't mess with Leaded fuel though. Leaded fuel will screw up your O2 Sensor and ruin it, it'll mess with the cat...among other things. I'd search for the highest octane unleaded fuel you can find, and run that...if you still want to run a high octane race gas that is.

they make like 100 unleaded.
yeah its true that it will clog your cat and o2 sensor but its not like you put it in today and friday its ruined already, people have run leaded gas for over a year and there o2 is still good. also if you only want 350whp, then 110 leaded is way too much octane for your needs, 91 octane can handle 400whp so thats below your goal of 350. if you can find mid 90s octane that would be good so you can advance your timing alittle and make a few more hp. the only thing for your hp goal with running leaded gas is being able to run mroe timing, thats it and nto have to worry about detenation but if tuned right on 91 octane you wont have to worry about detenation. |

Re: Quick Question PPL
well sir...
for now i am have a whole setup for upto 680hp but i can't put in sleeves... and i have been told that my stock sleeves are only good for upto 400hp.. thats why it is my goal for now... and off course if eveything works fine,,, i wanna take it upto atleast 550... and for goin that high i need performance fuel... even if its leaded.. its okay.. no emissions tests around here anyway ... but o2... i guess i'll replace after it glocks... but i'll take ur advice for now,,, and tune it with unleaded 90 octance |

doesnt the webside say 580hp for the gt35 ?
why cant you sleeve the motor ? also again can you afford leaded race fuel every fill up ? can you find 100 octane unleaded gas ? because 100 octane can handle lot of hp |
