04' Mercedes-BENZ CLK55-AMG Vs. 04'Acura NSX

who would win in flat out 0-60 and Qtr.Mile...Handling i automaticvally know goes to the NSX and because it has VTEC it has a slight advantage over the Benz


The stats
M-B CLK55 AMG-0-60 4.9s/5.0s
Acura NSX-5.2s


Benz has the Torque advantage over the NSX as well....looks like a close one???

hey rice.. vtec doesn't make a car turn into god ok? jeeze dude u talk about vtec like its some super power.. hey u know what? my accord has vtec.. and that makes me able to keep up with camrys and other accords... anyways i would pick the benz

Mhhh am I the only one who gets the impression that a lot of people don't know what vtec actually is?

it's not something mystical that activates a super pursuit mode or sth in your car, it's just variable valve timing with some cam control!
so as already been said, what does having a VTEC have to do with anything like handling?

go to howstuffworks.com, read every site and come back

No, didn't you here, once V-Tech kicks in the suspension goes into "Formula One Car" mode and the brakes become stronger than truck brakes.

iam just saying that the NSX's Valve timing makes it more effiecent at high speeds.....and no iam not dissing Honda owners.....i actually dislike most Hondas except for that matter....and how is this is BS post...its a damn car comparo for crying out loud

nah valave timing is just an efficient way to make smaller engines slightly more powerful

actually toyota says that the vvti gives the car a supercharge-like boost when needed (usually at higher rpms)
this is what vtec means

VTEC is an acronym for Variable valve Timing and lift Electronic Control.

i kinda think you're just being sarcastic.. i've never talked to anyone before thats so dam ignorant
