96 Bonneville ABS relay

1996 Bonneville (202,000 miles). The ABS light has been coming on & going off. The code reader said it is a relay. I'm having a difficult time finding the ABS relay in the car I believe it is under the hood - I see three plug-in relays on the firewall, but none are labeled.

The Haynes repair manual does not show it either. The parts store people I have talked to are clueless. Can anyone direct me to which relay it is? How much should this relay cost? Is it a dealer item or can I get it from a parts store?
