94 nissan 4x4 idle

Hey everyone, i had a question... my friend has a 94 nissan 4x4 pick up...im guessing its more likley frontier...well he had it somogged and the guy told him his IDLE was too high...do u guys know if theres a regulator in these trucks? or how do u lower it? sorry if this is a stupid question but i dont know anything bout import trucks...thanx

The ECU under the passenger seat has a dial on it labeled idle (high-low). I haven't adjusted mine but it seems that's where it is done.
